Roy Scarisbrick is a systems analyst and business analyst who has an economics degree from The University of Calgary, Canada and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada.
Roy worked for 13 years with a large petroleum resources company. During that time he held positions as an engineering technologist, business analyst, data specialist and programmer analyst.
Since obtaining his university degree in 1996 Roy has gained a full range of experience in database and application design, development, and maintenance for a variety of business areas. Roy has provided leadership and system standards in team environments. His company, Headway Systems, provides ongoing system support for multiple clients and projects. Roy personally provides testing and quality assurance on all projects.

Tzvetan (sva-tan) is a systems analyst and senior application developer who has a master degree in Computer Science from Sofia University Bulgaria. Since Tzvetan moved to Canada he has worked with a number of major companies in several industries. His experience as a Database Analyst, Systems Analyst and Senior Application Developer combined with strong math and analytical skills makes him a valuable part of our team. Tzvetan is a leader in multimedia developments.

Rhonda has been in Information Technology since 1991, holding a Computer Systems Technology diploma from Red Deer College. Rhonda has been working with Microsoft technologies since 1994, and helps us with our database and application projects, as well as web-based projects. In addition to software development, Rhonda does process analysis and implementation, including Internet Communication Strategies, Document Collaboration Plans, plus ITIL processes including Service Catalogs, Incident Management and Change Management.
